Funding you can see, car by car

Funding statements tell you what you owe. They do not tell you which cars are about to expire, which sold cars are still funded, or what funding did to the profit on each one. Haswent puts your funding next to your stock, your invoices and your costs, so you can.

Every Funded Vehicle in One List

See what is live, what is unfunded and what has been settled, with the provider, expiry date and days left against each vehicle. Days left turn amber under 60 and red under 30, and you are warned when a vehicle you are selling is still funded.

Connect NextGear Capital

Link your NextGear Capital account and your loans appear in Haswent, matched to your stock by VIN and registration. Confirmed matches import in a click, possible matches are yours to check, and loans you do not want can be dismissed.

Figures Straight From NextGear

For linked loans, the funded value, outstanding capital, daily holding charge, fees and dates come from NextGear, so they match your statement. Press Sync now whenever you want the latest position. Haswent only reads from NextGear, so loans are still opened and settled with NextGear directly.

Any Other Funder, Entered Your Way

Record agreements with any funding provider: principal, advance date, term, free days, annual rate, loading and settlement fees, interest only or capital repayment, weekly or monthly. Save a provider’s terms as a funding plan and reuse it on the next car.

The True Cost of Each Car

Funding charges and fees are recorded as costs against the vehicle, so your profit per vehicle includes what it cost to fund. The figures are brought up to date when you sync, edit or settle the agreement.

A Ledger You Can Follow

Each agreement has a ledger of fees, charges, repayments and settlement with a running balance, grouped by month. For agreements you entered yourself, settle one or several at once, and back-date the settlement if the paperwork caught up late.

Built around how dealers fund stock

The details that make funding easier to live with day to day.

Days Left at a Glance

Sort by expiry to see which funded vehicles need selling, settling or extending first.

Funding on the Vehicle

Each vehicle shows its funding status: who funded it, what is outstanding, when it expires and the loan reference.

Funding Provider Contacts

Funders are contacts in your DMS, each with their own saved funding plans and a default plan.

For Your Eyes Only

The Funding screens are shown to admin users only, so commercial terms stay with the people who need them.
