Car Finance, Built Into Your Dealership

A finance calculator on your vehicle pages, an online application your customers can finish on their phone, and a finance hub in your Haswent DMS that takes each application from proposal to paid-out deal.

From first quote to paid-out deal

Most dealers juggle a calculator from one supplier, application emails from another and a spreadsheet of who has been proposed where. Haswent joins it up: the quote on your dealer website, the application, the lender proposals and the deal all live in one system, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing goes missing.

Website Finance Calculator

Put a calculator on your vehicle pages that customers can play with: finance type, deposit, annual mileage and term, with the monthly payment, APR, total cost of credit and total amount payable updating as they go. It can be set to your brand colour, with a light and a dark theme.

Your Rates or Your Provider

Set your own Hire Purchase, PCP and Lease products with your APRs, term limits, vehicle age limits and residual values, with no lender feed needed. Already use Codeweavers, iVendi, Evolution or Jigsaw? Their calculator shows instead. Figures from your own rates are always shown as indicative.

Online Finance Application

Customers apply in five clear steps: about you, address history, employment and income, bank details, then review. Private and business customers are covered, affordability questions are built in, and their progress is kept in that browser tab if they refresh or step back (bank details are re-entered).

Straight to Your Lenders

Choose which finance companies receive each new application automatically, by email or through AutoConvert for lenders that support it. If a push to a lender ever has an unclear outcome, it is held for you to decide rather than risk a duplicate credit application.

Finance Hub in Your DMS

Every application lands under Sales, and opening one shows the applicant, vehicle and deposit together. Add a proposal per lender, see what has been sent or referred and for how long, record approvals with amount, APR, term, monthly payment and commission. Admin users also see a full history of changes.

Deals and Commission Invoices

Convert an approved proposal into a deal, with the finance figures carried across. When you complete the deal, a VAT-exempt commission invoice is raised to the lender for you and your commission is counted in the deal profit.

Online application

An application your customers can finish on their phone

Customers apply in five clear steps: about you, address history, employment and income, bank details, then review. Private and business customers are covered, affordability questions are built in, and their progress is kept in that browser tab if they refresh or step back (bank details are re-entered). Your credit broker statement sits under every step once you have added it.

Finance hub

Every proposal, every lender, one screen

Open an application and see exactly where it stands: who it has been sent to, who has approved, referred or declined, and the terms on offer. Add another lender in seconds, record the approval when it comes in, and convert it to a deal when the customer says yes.

Applications from your website, from Codeweavers and ones you key in yourself all arrive in the same list, so your sales team works from one queue.

The wording customers need to see, drafted for you

Drafted from your own details and shown in the right places. You can edit it, and your own compliance checks still apply.

Representative Example

A representative example is written for you from the live figures and shown under the calculator, with rental wording used for lease products.

Credit Broker Statement

A credit broker and commission disclosure statement is drafted from your dealership details, including your FCA number, and sits under every step of the application once you have added it. It is yours to edit, and you stay responsible for your own disclosures.

IDD and Policies in the Form

Your Initial Disclosure Document, privacy policy and terms open inside the application, so customers can read them without losing their place.

IAR Mode

Introduced Appointed Representatives can show the representative example only, with no inputs for the customer to change, and pass customers to the lender, by notification or to the lender’s own application page.
