How to set it up
- Tell us your AutoTrader advertiser ID and whether you manage stock in Haswent or on AutoTrader.
- AutoTrader adds Haswent to your account and we connect it for you.
- Choose your reserved-stock and advert display options under Settings > Auto Trader.
Good to know
- Changes are grouped for about a minute before they are sent, so adverts update shortly after you save.
- How many adverts go live depends on your AutoTrader package and stock allowance.
- Ordinary AutoTrader lead notifications are not brought in; Deal Builder deals are.

Yes. When your stock is managed in Haswent, adding or editing a car sends the change to AutoTrader within about a minute, and sold cars are taken off.
Yes. Each car shows AutoTrader valuations, the price indicator, retail rating and a comparison with similar cars for sale, so you can price with the market in view.
Deals started on AutoTrader Deal Builder, and their messages, come into your enquiries list. Lead emails sent to your Haswent enquiry email address are also read and logged.
The AutoTrader dealer portal is run by AutoTrader at portal.autotrader.co.uk. Haswent works alongside it: you manage your stock and adverts in Haswent and they appear on AutoTrader.
